New South Wales State Tournament
Host - Bernie Regan Sporting Complex (North Nowra)

Tournament Results:

Format: Two-phase tournament, with the top two teams in each metro pool advancing to the semifinal round. The three Country New South Wales leagues play a double-round robin schedule in their pool to determine the Country champion. The top two metro finishers and the first place Country team advance to the national tournament.

Queensland State Tournament

Format: Two-phase tournament, with the top two teams at the conclusion of the first phase advancing to the championship game. The two Queensland winter leagues compete in a championship game to determine the state's country champion.

Victoria State Tournament
Host - Preston Baseball Club

Tournament Results:

Format: Metro teams play a round-robin schedule, with the top two teams advancing to the championship game. Each Metro team also plays one game against a Country Victoria team. The two Country Victoria teams play a series of preliminary round games, and then both advance to that division's championship game.

Southern Mariners 8, Yarra Rangers 5 (TITLE)

The Southern Mariners advance to the Australian national tournament as the Victoria metro champion, and Sunraysia advances as the Country Victoria champion. Yarra Rangers later won a wild card tournament held on April 14 to earn Victoria's wild card slot and also advance to the national tournament.

Western Australia State Tournament

Tournament Results:

Format: Three-stage tournament, with six metro leagues and two country leagues advancing from the tournament's first stage to the Western Australia finals.

In the first stage, metro leagues are divided into two pools for round-robin competition. All teams play a cross-over playoff game, with the two pool winners playing for seeding in the Western Australia finals, and the remaining six teams playing a series of qualifying games to determine the other four metro participants in the Western Australia finals. Country leagues play a double-elimination qualifying tournament, with the top two finishers advancing to the Western Australia finals.

The eight remaining teams at the conclusion of these qualifying stages compete in a double-elimination tournament. The top-finishing metro and country teams and a wild card qualifier advance to the national tournament.

The two pool winners advance to the second stage. They first will meet in a seeding game to determine the first- and second-place seeds for the finals. Each second place finisher plays a crossover game against the third place team in the opposite pool. The two cross-over winners advance to the second stage and are seeded third and fourth, while the two losing teams advance to playoff games in which they meet the two fourth place finishers. Winners of these two playoff games advance to the second stage as the fifth and sixth seeds.
