NOTE: The Canadian Region Tournament uses a round-robin format. After preliminary round competition, the top two teams advance to the championship game. In the event of a tie, no tiebreaking formula is used; instead, knock-out game(s) are played to determine the two finalists.

NOTE: In the fourth round, Whalley defeated Fort William National 9-2, but the Ontario club then filed a protest that Whalley had three ineligible players on its roster. The three – Scott Baker, Tim Harkleroad, and Troy Olsson – all resided in Blaine, Washington, which is outside of Whalley's league boundaries. Little League International Headquarters ruled the next morning that the three players would be ineligible for the remainder of the international tournament, and that Whalley would have to forfeit the game for which the protest was filed. Results from games prior to the protest were not affected.
