West Roxbury Parkway National took advantage of six Westfield South errors to scratch out an exciting 5-4 title game win. Parkway National capitalized on two first-inning and two second-inning errors to grab a 4-0 lead, and left-hander Rob Lomuscio (seven strikeouts, no walks) shut down Westfield South through four innings. Lomuscio complained of arm trouble and was relieved in the fifth, and Westfield South rallied back with four runs to tie the game. In the sixth, Westfield South went down 1-2-3, but Lomuscio opened the bottom of the inning by drawing a walk and moving to second on a passed ball. Rob Ryan hit a sharp grounder to second, and when the second-baseman's throw to first was wide, Lomuscio came around to score the winning run. All five Parkway National runs were unearned.
