Sebelle opened the tournament with an overpowering 18 strikeout performance in Morristown National's win over Hammonton, but he couldn't help Morristown past Jersey City's Roberto Clemente Little League, which beat Morristown National twice en route to a perfect 11-0 run through the New Jersey tournaments.
