Summary:

Connellsville made a first inning run hold up as it bested Levittown International for the title. Connellsville scored its run in the first inning when Bob Bailor singled and advanced to third on a hit batsman and a force out. With runners at first and third, Connellsville sent the runner on first in an attempted steal of second. Bailor scored when the Levittown catcher threw to second in an attempt to throw out the runner.

In the consolation game, Pittston hurler Charles Turco threw a perfect game and fanned 13 to lead his team past Beaver. Louis Loquasto's three run humer in the first inning provided most of the Pittston offense.
