NOTE: This tournament was played March 31-April 2, 2018. It determined France's representative in the 2019 Europe-Africa Region tournament. The winning team can elect to participate in the Little League Baseball or Intermediate division tournament, with the runner-up eligible for the tournament not chosen by France's champion.
NOTE: With a densely-packed schedule of games and a limited number of available fields, France's tournament employs a strict 90-minute time limit in which games needed to be completed. As a result, many games conclude prior to a regulation six innings of play.
