Georgia State Champions in the 1990s
Major Baseball Division

Marietta's Sandy Plains Little League claimed a pair of state championships during the 1990s, and the league's 1993 all-star team ultimately finished as the Southern Region runner-up. Buckhead earned the league's first title in 38 years by sweeping to the 1997 state title, and the league would need just six more years to claim its third.

Columbus Northern's first-ever state title in 1990 was the ninth for leagues from that city, and made the league the fifth different Columbus-based league to claim a state championship.
