Wisconsin District 4 Champions
Little League Baseball Division (Ages 10-12)

District 4 was formed in 1959 as a spin-off from District 2, and encompasses all of Southern Wisconsin outside of the Milwaukee-Kenosha area.

Teams listed in bold also won a Wisconsin state tournament. Teams listed in bold with an asterisk (*) were the highest finishing Wisconsin leagues in a sectional tournament encompassing all districts in Wisconsin as well as leagues from neighboring states. Prior to 1982, Wisconsin district champions typically competed in sectional tournaments with leagues from Minnesota and Michigan's Upper Peninsula before advancing to divisional tournament competition.
